Meet up at Catacombs celebrate SpIFF 2010! Mingle with filmmakers, and enjoy conversation with other film goers. Live music with Sean Bones of Wah Do Dem. No-host bar, limited SpIFF-sponsored food, full Catacombs menu. SpIFF 2010 awards will be announced!

SpIFF 2010: Filmmaker Forums

Learn about the experience of filmmaking from visiting filmmakers. Hear their stories of how they became filmmakers, how their projects went from action to that's a wrap, and how a film gets from them the filmmaker to you the audience. From basic questions about what it takes to get a film made to specific questions about their work at SpIFF, the filmmaker forum asks you to engage our visitors in an afternoon of discussing film.

Scheduled to attend the first weekend forum are animator Kyle Bell (Mouse That Soared) and documentary makers Michel O. Scott (The Horse Boy), Denise Bennett (Pups), and Jeremy Seifert (DIVE!).
Forum 2:
February 7 / Sunday / 2:00 pm
Scheduled to attend the second weekend forum are documentarians Kimberly Reed (Prodigal Sons) and Jessica Oreck (Beetle Queen Conquers Tokyo), fiction makers Ben Chace and Sam Fleischner (Wah Do Dem), and Spokane's very own Jason McKee (Lady Luck) and Lonny Waddle (The Bothe Story). Please note that Kevin Hamedani (Zombies of Mass Destruction) will be unable to attend.
